FULFILLMENT POLICY OF SMB CPA GROUP, PC.
At SMB CPA Group, PC, we are committed to providing high-quality accounting and tax services to our clients. Our service delivery process is as follows:
- Initial Consultation: We begin with a complimentary consultation to understand your needs and determine the scope of services required.
- Engagement Agreement: Once we've agreed on the services to be provided, we'll send you an engagement letter outlining the terms of our agreement.
- Information Gathering: We'll provide you with a list of required documents and information needed to complete your requested services.
- Service Performance: Our team of certified professionals will perform the agreed-upon services within the timeframe specified in the engagement letter.
- Review and Delivery: Upon completion, we'll review the work with you and deliver the final product as agreed (e.g., tax returns, financial statements, etc.).
We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- For ongoing services: You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. You will be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the cancellation date.
- For specific engagements (e.g., tax preparation): If you wish to cancel after work has begun but before completion, you will be billed for the time spent on your engagement up to the cancellation date.
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our professional services, our refund policy is as follows:
- If you are unsatisfied with our services due to errors on our part, we will correct the errors at no additional cost to you.
- If you believe our services did not meet professional standards, we will review your concerns and, if validated, offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
- Refunds are not typically offered for services already rendered if there are no errors or professional standard violations.
